The department structures the legal relationship between employers and staff and ensures full compliance with labour law and applicable regulations. It prepares and reviews employment contracts that set out the rights and obligations of all parties, registers employees with the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labour, and handles the legal procedures associated with hiring.
